Link & email file sharing

Workspace enables files of all sizes to be shared securely by link or e-mail. Compatible with all file formats (documents, photos, videos, etc.), it ensures rapid file transfer and guarantees data control. The organization determines who and what can be shared, and controls distribution conditions (duration, expiration, etc.).

Receiving files

Easily receive documents from external customers or partners in the folders of your choice, thanks to our deposit links. This secure and direct method enables the collection of files and folders from third parties outside your organization who do not have an account on the platform. Workspace performs antivirus and antiransomware scans to protect your data from malicious repositories.

File sharing
