HDS certification
HDS-certified security for your medical data (Healthcare Data Hosts)
A trusted e-healthcare provider, our solutions have been HDS-certified since 2019. NetExplorer supports all healthcare professionals in storing and sharing confidential patient data.
Health Data Hosting certification attests to the conformity of an organization's procedures to meet the requirements for hosting personal health data. As a healthcare player, having an HDS-certified service demonstrates your ability to protect against data intrusion, loss or alteration.
Since 2018, HDS certification has become mandatory for all organizations, public or private, hosting, processing or having access to healthcare data. This concerns any legal or natural person hosting or exploiting personal health data on behalf of organizations in the medico-social sector. In addition, all subcontractors processing or storing health data must also be HDS-certified.
NetExplorer guarantees that no personal health data will be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area.
NIS 2 Directive

We protect your most sensitive sensitive data
Protective measures
NetExplorer features antivirus analysis and ransomware detection. Every file deposited on the platform is analyzed, regardless of the access method.
Items deposited by external parties via deposit links are also inspected. In addition, a heuristic analysis can be used to block an attempted ransomware attack.
NetExplorer includes numerous measures to guarantee the security of your data: user and password authentication, double authentication, intrusion detection, session theft protection, access policies...
Partitioned server
NetExplorer operates a partitioned cloud to ensure a perfect seal between all customer platforms. Each partition operates independently, meaning that if one application or service is compromised, the others remain protected. This limits the risk of transverse attacks between different applications hosted on the same server.
Backup and retention
All stored files are duplicated in real time on a minimum of 3 storage media in our two geographically distant data centers. So, in the event of a major event physically altering one data center, your data will still be available on the other site.
What's more, our backup procedure is backed up by a 30-day data retention policy. This means that any deleted file can be restored, preventing any loss of data, even inadvertent.
