NetExplorer, a simplified joint stock company registered in the Nanterre Trade Register under number 808 809 644, whose registered office is located at 24 Boulevard des frères Voisin -92130 - ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX, and its technical subcontractors (hereinafter referred to as "NetExplorer" or "We") attach great importance to the protection of its users' data.

NetExplorer, titulaire des certifications ISO 9001 et 27001 pour son service de stockage et de partage de données, ainsi que des certifications Hébergeurs de Données de Santé (HDS) pour ses services d’hébergement des données de santé, conscient de la nécessité de mettre en œuvre en permanence des mesures appropriées de protection des données à caractère personnel conformes au RGPD, NIS 2 et DORA – à l’état de l’art et aux recommandations des autorités de contrôle – est engagé dans une démarche d’amélioration continue en matière de conformité aux règles de protection des données à caractère personnel, sous le contrôle de son délégué à la protection des données.

This data protection policy established by NetExplorer applies to all services offered to persons using the services it provides remotely (hereinafter "users" or "you" or "persons concerned"). Its purpose is to inform users of the way in which their personal data collected via the services accessible online is processed. NetExplorer reserves the right to modify this data protection policy at any time.

In general, NetExplorer undertakes to :

Only collect personal data that is necessary for the purposes specified below;
Ensure the accuracy and updating of personal data processed under the conditions specified below, in particular by allowing users to update their identification and contact data at any time via their customer area;
Not to process the personal data entrusted to us by our users for purposes other than those mentioned in this policy, unless we obtain their prior and express consent, or inform them of such consent in the case of processing based on legal grounds other than consent;
Document processing activities in a register;
Carry out all necessary impact analyses;
Implement a security incident management process ;
Notify the competent supervisory authorities of any data breach under the conditions of Article 33 of the RGPD, and inform, where applicable, the data subjects, in accordance with Article 34 of the RGPD ;
Implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in its Security and Quality Assurance Plan, which defines the organizational and technical measures designed to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of processed data.

This data protection policy applies to the processing of personal data by NetExplorer in its capacity as data controller. Separate contractual documents relating to the terms and conditions of processing carried out by NetExplorer as a subcontractor are available to business customers.
